3- Build a long room (-280 simoleons)
4- Expand the room two times with two spaces (-40 simoleons)
5- Expand the room three times with three spaces (-70 simoleons Total)  
6- Expand the room for the last time with four spaces (-40 simoleons)
7- You will spend a total of 430 simoleons for the big room.
8- Go to your floor section and add one of the free floors that you have in the room.
9- Go now to your wall section and add one of the free walls that you have in the room.
10- sell the room so you can be making a huge profit.
