Girl’s World AIAA Presentation.
Congratulations to the Engineers ( Kirsten, Ella and Natalie) for their 1st place win in the High School Division of the AIAA Regional Technical Conference at Virginia Tech on Mar 26th. Their presentation on their patent pending ValkEIRe robot along with a demonstration and their knowledge and poise to answer all the questions thrown at them helped to win. Thanks should be given to moms – Maureen and Elizabeth for chaperoning them and to the Lunatecs FIRST® Robotics team 316 for their efforts in manufacturing the team’s prototype. They are off to Round 3 of the Conrad Challenge at the Johnson Space Center to pitch their invention to judges.
